We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we checked in. Additionally, the hotel offers a wide range of amenities including room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping. Our recent stay at Four Points was exceptional. The modern and stylish rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The blackout curtains ensured a good night's sleep, and the basic amenities were provided. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. The location of the hotel was central, making it convenient to explore the trendy part of town. Despite some minor inconveniences, such as a slightly small room and an abhorrent bathroom design, our overall experience was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Seoul.

Room size was too small, making it difficult to open and store luggage. the design of the bathroom was inconvenient, with a door that opened towards the beds.

The location was perfect for me, as it was a short walk from bustling restaurants and shops. It was also conveniently close to the train station, making it easy for me to explore different areas. The hotel had great facilities, including a coin-operated laundry that was very convenient. The room had everything I needed, like a mini fridge, safe, and excellent blackout curtains. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff provided excellent service, being helpful and engaging throughout my stay.
